FINALLY - My Very 1st Haircut

Abby finally received her 1st haircut, and it only took 19 months to get to the point she really needed it. Bob and I couldn't stand her bangs in her face any longer.

Pre-haircut picture, not to mention right after waking up from her nap. Crazy hair!

We weren't really sure she'd like getting her haircut. To our surprise, she sat in the booster seat and stayed in the seat without squirming too much. She wasn't going to sit in the chair until the stylist brought out a the cape and we told her it was like a blankie. It also had penguins on it, so that helped. Needless to say, she did pretty w
ell and towards the end liked looking at herself in the mirror.

Abby loves holding on to the combs and brushes, luckily the stylist agreed to her insistence on holding the comb. She even let the stylist put a ponytail in her hair. She loved her haircut so much she constantly grabs her hair
and says haircut and even asks for ponytails - sometimes by saying haircut and sometimes by saying pony!

Post-haircut running around Great Clips!
